Whether you're an experienced gardener or just looking for a healthy way to spend your mornings, this is the perfect opportunity to get fit and have fun.
You'll be spending your mornings outdoors in the beautiful Kooralbyn Community Garden, engaging in light physical activity through gardening tasks. Expect to meet friendly community members, learn about sustainable gardening, and enjoy the benefits of vitamin D and fresh air. The sessions run from 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, giving you plenty of time to dig in and feel good.
