What to Expect
Dive into the fascinating world of worm farms and discover how these tiny creatures transform scraps into nutrient-rich compost that helps gardens thrive. Kids will get the unique opportunity to build their own worm farm using live worms, making science come alive in a fun and interactive way.
After exploring the magic of worms, children will plant and personalise their own autumn-friendly herbs and vegetables. They can decorate biodegradable pots, choose from rocket, spring onions, or herbs, and add their own labels to take home.
This workshop is perfect for curious kids aged 6 to 12 who love nature, creativity, and learning through hands-on activities. It’s a wonderful way to inspire a love of gardening and environmental care during the school holidays.
