Step into a supportive and empowering environment designed exclusively for girls and women, including trans and femme identifying individuals aged 12 to 24. These boxing classes are led by professional coach Stephanie Mfongwot, who will guide you through a dynamic workout that combines fitness with fun.
Expect to punch, skip, sweat, and laugh your way through each session. The classes include shadow boxing, bag work, core workouts, and bodyweight exercises like squats, lunges, push-ups, and burpees. Whether you are a complete beginner or have some experience, all fitness levels are welcome.
This is more than just a workout; it’s a chance to build confidence, improve your physical health, and connect with others in a positive, inclusive space.
The classes run weekly on Tuesdays during the school term, from 5:30 pm to 6:30 pm. Each session is designed to be engaging and accessible, ensuring you get a full-body workout that challenges and motivates.
You will be coached through a variety of boxing techniques and fitness exercises that help build strength, endurance, and coordination. The vibe is friendly and encouraging, making it easy to stay committed and enjoy the process.

Classes are held at Oxygen Youth Space, located at 4 - 8 Gaffney Street, Coburg North. This venue is easily accessible by public transport.
