Step into a supportive and energetic environment where you can learn boxing skills while having a great time. These sessions are led by professional coach Stephanie Mfongwot, who will guide you through shadow boxing, bag work, and core workouts. Expect to sweat, laugh, and build confidence with every punch.
This class welcomes all women, including trans and femme-identifying individuals aged 12 to 24. Whether you are a beginner or have some experience, the workouts are tailored to all fitness levels.
You’ll engage in a variety of exercises including squats, lunges, push-ups, and burpees, all designed to improve your strength and endurance in a fun and inclusive atmosphere.
Classes run weekly on Tuesdays during the school term, from 17:30 to 18:30. The sessions are free of charge, making it accessible for young women looking to get active without financial stress.
The program focuses on physical fitness, mental wellbeing, and community connection, making it an ideal activity for parents seeking a positive outlet for their daughters.
No prior boxing experience is necessary, and all fitness levels are encouraged to participate and progress at their own pace.
