Over two days, you will craft a stunning Sulphur-Crested Cockatoo mosaic, learning essential techniques from pattern design to finishing touches. The workshop covers all stages of mosaic creation including substrate preparation, glass cutting and grinding, use of wheeled nippers, adhesive application, and finishing with a tinted cement-based background. You will work on a lightweight board suitable for indoor or outdoor display.
Recommended for participants aged 16 and over, the workshop requires closed-in shoes, long sleeves, and long pants for safety. Please bring a water bottle to stay hydrated during the creative process.
