What to Expect
Immerse your little ones in the joy of Greek language through songs, rhymes, and story reading designed especially for children aged 0 to 5 years. Activity Details
The program runs every month on the second Friday, from 11:30 to 12:00, starting February 2026 and continuing until September 11, 2026, with no session in October. Each session lasts 30 minutes, perfect for the attention span of toddlers and preschoolers.
Attendance is free but bookings are essential and must be made online for each session you wish to attend. Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended to secure your place.
This activity is specifically designed for children aged 0-5 years and their parents or carers, ensuring a safe and age-appropriate environment.
Location and Access
The sessions take place at Lionel Bowen Library, located at 669-673 Anzac Parade, Maroubra. The library is accessible and committed to supporting participants with access requirements; please contact them in advance to discuss your needs.
Arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for check-in and to settle your child before the session starts. Due to space limitations, it is advised to leave prams at home if possible.
The library is a welcoming community space with friendly staff ready to assist you and your family.
Important Information
All children must be supervised by a parent or carer throughout the session. Library membership is required to attend but is free and can be easily obtained online or at any branch.
Please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend to allow others the opportunity to participate. Late arrivals cannot be admitted to ensure the session runs smoothly.
Health and safety measures, including Covid-19 protocols, are in place and subject to change; please review the library’s guidelines before attending.

Booking and Prices
This program is free of charge. Bookings must be made online via Eventbrite for each session separately. If your preferred session is not visible, it means it is fully booked.
