Activity Details
The program consists of three weekly sessions held on Mondays from 9:30 AM to 11:30 AM, starting Monday, September 14, 2026. You must be able to attend all three sessions to gain the full benefit.
Sessions will cover understanding your child's feelings through brain science, practical emotion coaching strategies, and hands-on activities to build your toolkit.
The workshop is suitable for adults and is offered free of charge.
