What to Expect
Gut Feelings is a vibrant community project that beautifully blends science and art to explore the connection between gut health, our environment, and mental wellbeing. This unique initiative invites participants of all ages to engage in imaginative and creative workshops led by talented artists Laura Wills and Zoë Brooks. These sessions are designed to spark meaningful conversations and inspire creativity in a welcoming environment.
Throughout November, families and community members will have the opportunity to participate in free workshops held across the City of Onkaparinga. These workshops encourage hands-on involvement and foster a deeper understanding of health and wellbeing through artistic expression.
The project culminates in the Gut Feelings forum on 4 December 2025, where workshop artworks will be showcased alongside presentations from scientific and artistic voices. This event offers a wonderful chance to connect, reflect, and celebrate the creative outcomes of the community.
