Discover the beautiful tradition of henna art in this engaging workshop designed for all skill levels. You will learn about the cultural significance of henna and practice basic design techniques to create your own temporary body art using natural henna paste. This is a wonderful opportunity for parents and children to enjoy a creative and calming activity together.
All materials are provided, so just bring your creativity and enthusiasm. The workshop offers a hands-on experience that celebrates multicultural heritage and artistic expression.
The workshop runs for 1.5 hours, providing ample time to learn and practice henna designs. Participants will use Neha Mehandi cones made from natural ingredients, ensuring a safe and authentic experience. The session is suitable for school-aged children accompanied by parents, making it a perfect family-friendly event.
Please note the henna contains ingredients such as Aqua, Henna, Benzyl Alcohol, Propylene Glycol, Terpineol, Polysaccharide, and Eucalyptus Oil. If you have allergies or sensitivities, please consider this before attending.
The workshop takes place at Keysborough Community Hub, located at 10 Villiers Road, Keysborough. The venue is accessible and welcoming, with facilities to support participants requiring additional assistance. Parking and public transport options are available nearby, making it convenient for families.
