Activity Details
The training runs for two hours, from 09:00 to 11:00 on Saturday, 13 June 2026. It is designed to be concise yet comprehensive, focusing solely on CPR skills.
Participants will learn to assess unresponsiveness, perform chest compressions, and deliver rescue breaths effectively. The course also covers the use of automated external defibrillators (AEDs) where available.
A $75 fee applies, plus a $5 annual family membership fee to AGCS if not already paid. This ensures access to quality training and community support.
Location and Access
The training takes place at the Aspendale Gardens Community Centre, located at 103-105 Kearney Drive, Aspendale Gardens 3195. The centre is situated at the rear of the main car park, accessible via the roundabout at Kearney Drive and Nurten Parade.
We encourage walking, cycling, or using public transport to reach the venue to reduce parking demand and promote sustainability. The community centre is well connected and easy to find.
