Activity Details
Sessions are held monthly on the second Thursday from 2:00pm to 4:00pm, running from 9 April to 11 June 2026. You can attend any or all of the sessions on 9 April, 14 May, and 11 June.
No registration is required, making it easy to drop in at your convenience during these times. The program is free of charge, removing barriers to access.
The service is inclusive and respectful of all participants, with additional assistance available upon request to ensure everyone can participate fully.
