Activity Details

The festival runs over two days: Saturday 7 June from 13:00 to 21:00 and Sunday 8 June from 10:00 to 18:00. The stage program features performances by school bands, choirs, dance groups, and community music ensembles. Highlights include the Homebush Public School Concert Band, Strathfield Community Choir, Bollywood Dance Group, and Sydney Choro Clube, among others.

Location and Access

Homebush Vibes takes place on Rochester Street between The Crescent and Burlington Road, just outside Homebush train station's southern side. The area is fully accessible with paved pathways suitable for prams and wheelchairs. Limited parking is available, so visitors are encouraged to use public transport or cycle. Road closures will be in effect from 5am Saturday to 2am Monday to ensure a safe event space.

Important Information

Accessible parking spaces and portable accessible bathrooms will be available on site. Changing facilities are provided in cafes and via portable units during the event. Food vouchers are limited to one per person and must be used on the day of issue. Council staff will be present to assist visitors throughout the festival.

Booking and Prices

Entry to Homebush Vibes is free. Food vouchers valued at $10 are distributed at the Strathfield Council tent on the event days and are redeemable at participating local businesses. No prior booking is required to attend the festival.
