Bring your household hazardous waste and show proof of residency within the Town to access this service. Qualified technicians will be on site to check any unidentifiable poisons or chemicals.

Accepted items include asbestos (up to six sheets, wrapped and sealed), pesticides, herbicides, paints, solvents, fluorescent globes (max 10), motor and cooking oils (max 20L), batteries, smoke detectors, gas bottles, heavy metals like mercury, aerosol cans, and e-waste.
Commercial quantities will not be accepted, and all poison containers must be safe and not corroded before transport.
The event is held at the Town of Victoria Park Depot, located at 218 Planet Street, Welshpool.
