Children will pick up an answer sheet and explore the Cover Clues display in the Children's Library, using their detective skills to match zoomed-in images to the correct book titles. The challenge is a fantastic way to make library visits exciting and educational, with a prize awaiting those who complete their answer sheets. It’s a perfect opportunity for parents to inspire their children’s curiosity and literacy in a fun, supportive environment.
Participants will receive an answer sheet at the circulation desk and explore the specially curated Cover Clues display. Each clue is a zoomed-in image from a book cover, and children must use their detective skills to identify the book title it belongs to.
Once completed, the answer sheet is returned to library staff to claim a prize, making the experience rewarding and motivating. The event is free but bookings are essential to secure a spot.
