Activity Details
This is a 10-week course running every Wednesday from 28 January to 1 April 2026, between 11:30 and 13:00. Classes are held weekly with flexibility to reschedule if holidays occur. The course is open to adults aged 18 and over.
Tips for participants include wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toed shoes, and bringing a water bottle to stay hydrated. Facilities include restrooms and a kitchen for convenience.
