This event offers a meaningful connection to Aboriginal culture, guided by knowledgeable facilitators including April Clarke, Charles Solomon, and a senior project officer from the Victorian Aboriginal Education Association.

This workshop runs on Wednesday, 5 August 2026, from 18:30 to 21:00. It is a joint facilitation by April Clarke, a qualified Aboriginal horticulturalist Charles Solomon, and a senior project officer from the Victorian Aboriginal Education Association.
The session fee is $15 per participant, making it an affordable cultural experience for families eager to engage with Aboriginal perspectives. Suitable for parents and school-aged children interested in cultural heritage and environmental education.
The event takes place at the Aboriginal Gathering Place, located at 105 Hunters Road, South Morang, VIC 3752. This venue provides a comfortable indoor setting with access to outdoor areas, ideal for the workshop’s mixed format.
