The program takes place at the Rockville Sports Club House on Tor Street in Wilsonton Heights, Toowoomba. The venue is easily accessible by car with parking available nearby. Public transport options are limited, so driving is recommended.
Important Information
Please arrive a few minutes early to get settled and warmed up. Sessions cost $5 per person (cash only) for those not connected to Defence and part of the Change Project. Wear comfortable workout clothes and bring a water bottle to stay hydrated.
