Activity Details
The program runs every Monday from 17:30 to 18:30 at the Rockville Sports Club House on Tor Street, Wilsonton Heights. Sessions are designed to accommodate all fitness levels, with expert coaching to guide you through proper rowing techniques and workout routines.
This is a great opportunity to try a new sport that is gentle on the joints but effective for full-body fitness. The program is supported by the Toowoomba Regional Council, ensuring a quality experience for all participants.
If you are part of the Change Project and not connected to Defence, the cost is $5 per session, payable in cash.

Payments for non-Defence participants in the Change Project must be made in cash on the day.
