Participants will engage in guided tours across local government areas, gaining firsthand experience of different cultural and faith traditions. Practical training sessions will equip you with essential leadership tools to strengthen your role in the community.

The Inspire to Lead program is a partnership between the City of Canterbury-Bankstown and Willoughby City Council. It is designed specifically for multicultural community leaders, faith representatives, and volunteers who want to learn, connect, and lead.
The program includes:
- Guided cultural and faith tours across both council areas
- Practical leadership development training
- A collaborative community project
Applications to express interest close on Tuesday, 31 March 2026. This is a fantastic chance to grow your leadership capabilities and network with like-minded individuals.
Events and activities will take place across the City of Canterbury-Bankstown and Willoughby City Council areas. Specific locations will be provided to successful applicants.
Both areas are accessible by public transport and have facilities to support community engagement and learning.
Participants are encouraged to be prepared for travel between locations during the program.
