What to Expect
In honour of International Women's Day, this event offers a peaceful opportunity to rebalance and celebrate the strength, resilience, and wellbeing of women everywhere. You will experience a mindfulness session featuring guided meditation and soothing sound bowl healing led by Sasha Sunflower. This is a perfect chance to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and leave feeling grounded and renewed.
The event includes two distinct sessions: Sound Bowl Healing from 9:30am to 10:30am and Meditation from 10:45am to 11:45am. You can attend one or both sessions according to your preference. After the sessions, enjoy a relaxing brunch provided to nourish your body and mind.
Please bring a yoga mat and a pillow to ensure your comfort during the sessions.
