What to Expect
Discover the fundamentals of Auslan, the sign language used by the Deaf community in Australia. This engaging program is perfect for adults interested in learning to communicate using Auslan in everyday situations. You will be guided through finger spelling, greetings, and a variety of practical topics by an experienced Auslan teacher.

Activity Details
This program consists of 8 weekly sessions held every Thursday from February 5 to March 26, 2026. Each session runs from 17:30 to 19:30, providing ample time to learn and practice new skills.
The sessions are led by Kim Kossenberg, a skilled Auslan instructor, who will ensure that participants gain confidence in using Auslan through hands-on learning. Please note that registration is for the entire 8-week program, so attendance at all sessions is required.

The classes take place at the Old Midland Courthouse, located at 49 Helena Street, Midland WA 6056. This venue is easily accessible and provides a comfortable environment for learning.
