The panel features Mariam Ella Arcilla, Arrnott Olssen, and Andrianto Wirya, moderated by Cheyenne Bardos, who will share insights into the cultural significance and culinary techniques of island cuisines.

Held at the Vitocco Family Kitchen on Level 4 of Powerhouse Parramatta, located at 34 Phillip St, Parramatta NSW 2150, this venue is situated on Dharug Land. The museum is accessible and welcomes visitors with school groups and families.
