Dive into a creative and eco-friendly activity perfect for primary school children this autumn. Junk journaling lets kids transform paper scraps into unique pages that capture memories, ideas, and feelings. Whether bringing your own notebook or using provided materials, each child will craft a personalized keepsake to take home.
This workshop encourages imagination and storytelling through art, making it an engaging way for children to express themselves while learning about recycling and sustainability. Guardians are welcome to stay nearby, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.
This one-hour session runs on Friday, 10 April 2026, from 14:00 to 15:00 at Ashburton Library. Suitable for primary school-aged children, each child must have a ticket to participate. Spaces are limited, so booking early is recommended.
Participants should bring their own notebook if they prefer, but paper will also be provided. The activity focuses on upcycling and creativity, making it a fun and educational experience during the school holidays.
