Location and Access
The program takes place at the Cooinda Community Centre, a welcoming and accessible venue in the City of Marion. The centre is easy to reach by car or public transport, with parking available nearby. It offers a comfortable space ideal for group fitness activities.
Important Information
To participate, you must be registered with My Aged Care and have a Social Support Referral Code and/or a Meal Referral Code. The City of Marion Positive Ageing and Inclusion team can assist with registration and obtaining the necessary codes. This program is designed to support active ageing and improve quality of life.
