What to Expect
Immerse your little ones in a joyful world of music and movement designed especially for preschoolers aged 18 months to 7 years. This engaging program explores cultural music and dance, featuring world dance styles, songs about native animals, and lively action songs. Children will also enjoy ear training and experimenting with a variety of percussion instruments.
The sessions focus on developing rhythm, tempo, and pitch, all while fostering essential school-ready skills such as listening carefully and following directions. The environment is fun, inclusive, and perfect for nurturing your child’s early musical abilities.
Activity Details
Classes run on Wednesdays during school terms with two session options: 9:30 AM to 10:15 AM or 10:30 AM to 11:15 AM. Each term spans 9 weeks, providing consistent and structured learning.
This session is temporarily relocated to Goodwood Library due to renovations at the usual venue. The cost is $170 per 9-week term, covering the whole family, making it a great value for quality time and learning.
Location and Access
The program takes place at Goodwood Library, located at 101 Goodwood Rd, Goodwood, SA 5034. The library is easily accessible and provides a welcoming space for families to gather and enjoy creative activities.
Please note the temporary venue change from Goodwood Community Centre to Goodwood Library for the dates 2, 23, and 30 July 2025 due to renovations. Parking and public transport options are available nearby.
