Designed specifically for children under six, these Saturday classes offer a perfect introduction to movement and coordination in a safe, air-conditioned facility located in the heart of Parramatta CBD.
Your child will enjoy age-appropriate gymnastics activities that promote whole-child development. Classes are tailored to different age groups, from 6 months to 5 years, with parent participation required for younger groups. Experienced and accredited coaches lead each session, ensuring your child builds confidence, coordination, and a love of movement.
Classes run every Saturday from 17 October to 19 December 2026, between 9:00 AM and 1:00 PM. The program includes:
- Squigglers (6 months - 18 months): 30-minute parent-supported sessions focusing on sensory and movement development.
- Stompers (18 months - 2.5 years): 30-minute sessions introducing basic gymnastics movements.
- Scooters (2.5 - 4 years): 45-minute sessions with more advanced equipment and skills.
- Skeddadlers (4 & 5 years): 45-minute independent skill-building classes.
- Junior Rec (4 & 5 years): 1-hour beginner gymnastics classes preparing children for school and further gymnastics.
Classes are held at Active Wellness Studios, Level 3, PHIVE, 5 Parramatta Square, Parramatta 2150. The venue is conveniently located in Parramatta CBD with comfortable, air-conditioned facilities.
