Spark your child's curiosity and passion for Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics at the Lego Winter Holiday Camp. This dynamic workshop brings STEM to life through interactive, hands-on learning using motorised Lego® prototypes. Children will design, build, and experiment with their own creations, gaining a deeper understanding of engineering principles through play.
Throughout the camp, your child will build impressive Lego® vehicles and machines, explore classical mechanics, and take on transportation-themed challenges. The camp is designed to be both educational and enjoyable, ensuring your child has a memorable experience.
The camp runs from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, allowing plenty of time for immersive learning and fun. Students are grouped according to age and ability, with activities tailored to suit different skill levels. You can book for one or two days, providing flexibility to fit your schedule.
Certified instructors lead the sessions, guiding children through project-based engineering models that they build and modify each day. Interactive games and presentations complement the hands-on activities, making STEM concepts accessible and exciting.
This camp is held at Prince Alfred College in Kent Town. The venue is well-equipped to support the activities and provides a safe, welcoming environment for children.
Prince Alfred College is centrally located and accessible by public transport and car. Parking options are available nearby, making drop-off and pick-up convenient for busy parents.
The camp is suitable for school-aged children with grouping by age and ability to ensure the best learning experience. Activities differ according to these groups to keep all participants engaged and challenged.
Please ensure your child brings a packed lunch, water bottle, and wears comfortable clothing suitable for a full day of activity. All materials and Lego® kits are provided.
The cost is $125 per child per day. You can choose to book for one or two days depending on your preference and availability.
