Special promotions like the 2-for-1 entry on the first Monday of every month make it a perfect outing for siblings or friends. Birthday party packages are also available for afternoons and weekends, adding extra excitement to celebrations.
The play centre is open Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 16:00, providing ample time for families to visit during off-peak hours. Entry costs $9 per child during off-peak and $13 during peak times. Visit passes are available for frequent visitors, offering savings on 10 or 20 visits.
Children under 6 months enter free when accompanied by a registered child over 6 months. Strict safety and hygiene rules are enforced, including supervision requirements, no shoes in play areas, and exclusion of unwell children.
The facility is designed to meet Australian safety standards, but parents are reminded that normal play carries minor injury risks. Full responsibility for child supervision and safety lies with parents or guardians.
