What to Expect

Activity Details
The program runs from Monday, 20 April 2026 to Monday, 29 June 2026, with weekly sessions held every Monday from 17:30 to 19:00. Attendees should bring a notebook and pencil to each class.
Registration is required for all sessions in Term 2, 2026, and participants must attend the first session to secure their place. The program includes a 10-minute arrival and 10-minute pack-up time within the session duration.
This program is free of charge and is designed exclusively for students in years 5 and 6.
Location and Access
All sessions take place at Whitlam Library Cabramatta, located at 165 Railway Parade, Cabramatta 2166 NSW. The library is accessible by public transport and offers a welcoming environment for children and their guardians.
Guardians of children under 12 years old are required to remain on the library premises during the program, and must be at least 16 years old.
Library membership is recommended for all attendees and is free to join, providing additional resources and benefits.
Important Information
Please note that the program facilitators maintain a respectful and positive environment; inappropriate behaviour by attendees or guardians will not be tolerated.
Photographs may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes; notify staff if you do not consent.
If unable to attend, please cancel your booking promptly to allow others to participate. Failure to attend the first session will result in cancellation of your registration.
Health and safety guidelines request that attendees refrain from attending if experiencing illness or COVID-19 symptoms.
Booking and Prices
Registration is mandatory and handled via an external booking platform. Only one registration per day is allowed for multi-session programs.
