Little Lifeguards for Kids is designed to teach children aged 5 to 12 vital skills to stay safe in and around water. This engaging session combines fun water activities with important safety lessons, making it perfect for young swimmers eager to gain confidence.
Children will participate in supervised activities in the indoor heated 25m pool, guided by experienced instructors who ensure a safe and supportive environment. Parents are encouraged to enroll alongside their children in the concurrent Empowered to Swim session.
This is an ideal opportunity for kids to develop their swimming abilities while learning life-saving techniques in a friendly, community-focused setting.
- Age range: 5-12 years
- Duration: 1 hour
- Requirements: Swimwear, cap, goggles, towel, water bottle, and spare clothes. Spare togs, caps, and goggles are available to borrow if needed.
