Step into a serene Sunday bush walk designed to help you slow down, reset, and connect with nature and like-minded women. This walk takes you through beautiful, easy trails in Lamington National Park, perfect for all fitness levels, whether you're a seasoned hiker or a first-timer.
Enjoy the unique opportunity to hand feed wild birds at O'Reilly's Rainforest Cafe before the walk begins, setting a magical tone for the day. The walk includes a snack break and a chance to swim or relax quietly in nature, all at a gentle pace with no pressure.
This is more than just a walk; it’s a chance to nurture your wellbeing surrounded by stunning natural beauty and supportive company.
The walk is led by Lucy Constable and Ruby, both qualified wilderness guides with Wilderness First Aid training, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience. They carry a group first aid kit and hold all necessary insurance and National Park permits.
The walk is scheduled for Sunday 24 May 2026, from 13:00 to 15:00. Participants are encouraged to arrive 5 minutes early for a brief introduction and to start the walk together.
Please bring a small backpack, at least 1 litre of water, hiking boots, sun protection, and snacks. The drive to the location is longer and winding, so carpooling is encouraged for those coming from similar areas.
Meet at O'Reilly's Rainforest Cafe in O'Reilly, QLD 4275. This location provides a beautiful starting point with access to hand feeding wild birds before the walk.
The walk takes place within Lamington National Park, known for its lush rainforest and scenic trails. The area is accessible by car, but participants should prepare for a longer drive and winding roads.
