Imagine your child bringing their very own monster friend to life! This engaging workshop invites children aged 5-12 to design and create a compact monster that fits right in their pocket, sparking creativity and fun during the school holidays.
Children will be guided through the process of imagining their unique monster, deciding on its appearance and powers, and then putting those ideas onto paper. All materials and equipment are provided, ensuring a hands-on, creative experience that encourages artistic expression and storytelling.
This event is scheduled for Tuesday, 6 October 2026, from 10:30 to 11:30. It is free to attend but spaces are limited and bookings are essential. Parents or guardians must remain in the library during the session for children aged 12 and under, with a maximum supervision ratio of one adult to four children.
