Calling all crafty kids, artists, and mess makers! This monthly Makers Club invites children aged 5 to 12 to dive into a world of creativity where they can have fun, get messy, and learn new skills. Each session offers the chance to create something wonderful to take home and proudly display.
All materials are provided, so your child can focus on exploring their imagination and crafting abilities without any hassle. The club is designed to be inclusive and accessible, welcoming all young makers.
The Makers Club meets on the first Monday of every month from 16:00 to 17:00 at the Port Melbourne Library. Please note that the program does not run during school holidays, so plan accordingly.
This after-school club is perfect for children who love to make things, whether it’s arts, crafts, or other creative projects. Registration is required to secure a spot.
The sessions take place at the Port Melbourne Library, a welcoming community space with wheelchair accessibility. If your child has additional needs to fully enjoy the event, the library staff encourage you to get in touch so they can provide the necessary support.
The library is easy to reach and offers a friendly environment for families looking to engage their children in creative activities after school.
This program is aimed at children aged 5 to 12 and requires registration before attending. It is important to note that the Makers Club does not operate during school holidays.
Parents should be aware that the sessions are designed to be hands-on and may involve some mess, so suitable clothing is recommended.
For any questions or special requirements, contact the library via phone or email to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for your child.
Participation in the Makers Club is free of charge. To join, parents must register their child’s interest through the library’s online system or by contacting the library directly.
Spaces can be limited, so early registration is encouraged to avoid disappointment.
Enjoy a creative and inspiring after-school activity that nurtures your child’s artistic talents and curiosity.
