Step into a welcoming workshop designed to refresh both your body and mind. This session invites adults and seniors to engage in gentle physical exercises that stimulate all areas of the brain, helping you feel more energised and relaxed.
You'll start seated, moving through a series of simple movements set to great music. If you feel comfortable, you can continue standing or moving around, or simply remain seated — the choice is yours.
No dance experience is needed, and there’s no pressure to be perfect. It’s all about meaningful movement, connection, and enjoying a moment away from everyday stress.
This workshop runs for one hour and 45 minutes, beginning at 09:30 and finishing at 11:15. It’s ideal for adults and seniors looking for a gentle yet stimulating activity.
