Activity Details
The program runs every Monday from May 4 to June 15, 2026, excluding public holidays. Yoga takes place from 09:30 to 10:15, followed by a walk from 10:30 to 11:00, and coffee and social time from 11:00 to 12:00.
Participants are encouraged to bring a yoga mat if joining the yoga session, a water bottle to stay hydrated, and a towel for comfort. Comfortable clothing and enclosed shoes are recommended for all activities.
