What to Expect
Move mindfully this Mental Health Month with our free Mindful Movement Yoga sessions designed for adults aged 16 and older. These beginner-friendly classes focus on gentle strengthening, stretching, and core development to help prevent falls, combined with relaxation through Crystal Singing Bowl Sound Therapy to nurture both body and mind.
Whether you join the daytime sessions to reconnect your body and mind or the evening sessions to wind down for better sleep, each class is tailored by our experienced instructor to accommodate your individual needs and physical conditions.
All equipment is provided, and you just need to bring a water bottle and wear comfortable clothing to enjoy a safe and welcoming yoga experience.
