Participants will engage in activities that teach budgeting and saving strategies, recognizing currency denominations, giving correct change, and comparing prices. The course aims to build confidence and practical skills that can be applied in daily life, making financial management less daunting.
The program runs weekly on Wednesdays from 09:15 to 12:15, starting on 4th February 2026 and continuing through to 1st April 2026. The cost is $70 per term with concession available, making it an affordable option for families seeking supportive educational opportunities.
Classes are held at the Cheltenham Community Centre, located at 8 Chesterville Road, Cheltenham 3192. The venue is accessible by walking, cycling, and public transport, encouraging participants to leave their cars at home for convenience and sustainability.
