Join Wellbeing Practitioner Sally de Gruchy for a delightful and engaging workshop designed for children aged 0-5 years and their parents or carers. This session offers a wonderful opportunity to sing, stretch, and stimulate the senses through a blend of music, movement, and mindfulness activities.

What to Expect

Experience a lively and interactive environment where children can sing along to both new and familiar songs. Play with a variety of props and instruments including shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, bean bags, parachutes, and bubbles. This session encourages sensory engagement and joyful participation for young children and their families.

Activity Details

The workshop runs monthly on the third Monday from 10:00 to 11:30 AM, with sessions on May 19, June 16, July 21, September 15, October 20, November 17, and December 15, 2025. Bookings are essential and must be made for each session individually. The event is free, but places are limited to ensure a quality experience for all attendees.

Location and Access

The sessions take place at Margaret Martin Library, located on Level 1 of the Royal Randwick Shopping Centre, Belmore Road, Randwick. The library is accessible and welcoming, providing a comfortable space for families to enjoy the activities together.

Important Information

Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow the event to start on time, as latecomers cannot be admitted. Only children attending the activity and their siblings need to be booked in, and all children must be supervised by a parent or carer. If you have any allergies, please inform the organizers as there will be time after the session for a snack and chat. Membership to the library is required but free and can be obtained online or at any branch.

This is a free event requiring advance booking through Eventbrite. Bookings open approximately one month before each session and are strictly limited. If your preferred session is not visible, it means it is fully booked. Please cancel your booking if you are unable to attend to allow others to participate.
