Music, Movement and Mindfulness with Sally (for ages 0-5 years)
Engage your little ones in a fun monthly workshop combining music, movement, and mindfulness at Randwick City Library.
What to Expect
Join Wellbeing Practitioner Sally de Gruchy in this lively and interactive workshop designed especially for children aged 0 to 5 years and their parents or carers. The sessions invite families to sing along to a mix of new and familiar songs while engaging in gentle stretches and sensory play. Props and instruments such as shakers, rhythm sticks, scarves, bean bags, parachutes, and bubbles add to the fun and encourage active participation.
This workshop is a wonderful opportunity to bond with your child in a nurturing environment that promotes early childhood development through music and movement. Each session is crafted to stimulate your child's senses and foster mindfulness in a playful setting.
