Join Stacey, a proud Mandandanji woman and director of Baru Maranga Culture Collective, as she guides children through creating their own clay Emu Egg and nest. The workshops blend storytelling, cultural knowledge, and hands-on art activities that encourage critical thinking and personal expression. Children will leave with a meaningful art piece and a deeper understanding of caring for Country.
Workshops run multiple sessions on various dates from July to September 2026, each lasting one hour. Children must be accompanied by a guardian, though only children require tickets. All materials are provided, and participants should wear clothing suitable for painting. Seating is available for guardians during the sessions.
