What to Expect
Step into a chill, hands-on painting session where there are no rules, no pressure, and no need to be "good at art." This event encourages creativity without overthinking, welcoming all levels of experience, talent, or confidence. Instead of traditional paintbrushes, you'll explore using fun, unexpected tools like cardboard tubes, old toothbrushes, sea sponges, piksters, plastic bits, and natural objects to create unique artwork.
Marie, an experienced facilitator passionate about art and wellbeing, guides participants through "The Freedom Technique," a method that encourages painting without stress or self-judgment. This is a safe, relaxed, and inclusive space where your hands lead the way, and the outcome is a one-of-a-kind piece of art to take home.
Come solo, with a friend, or as a low-pressure creative hangout. You might be surprised by what you make in this supportive environment.
