This engaging two-part series is designed especially for carers supporting people with disability, mental health challenges, or complex needs. You will gain confidence in the kitchen by learning how to prepare simple, tasty, and healthy meals that suit all levels of cooking experience.
Throughout the sessions, interactive activities will guide you through cooking, preparing, and planning nutritious meals. You'll also discover how to choose healthy foods, read food labels effectively, and meal plan on a budget to support overall health and wellbeing.

This program consists of two sessions held on Tuesdays, May 12 and May 26, 2026, from 10:00 to 12:30. Each session focuses on practical skills and knowledge to empower carers in their daily lives.
