Koorda’s Crew will guide your child through the process of shaping and adapting landscapes to catch fish, blending cultural heritage with interactive learning.
This workshop offers a unique opportunity for children to connect with Indigenous science and culture through creative play. Kids will use playdough to recreate traditional fishing landscapes and craft their own djildjit to take home. It’s a hands-on experience that encourages curiosity and respect for Noongar traditions.
Participants will be accompanied by a guardian, ensuring a supportive environment where questions and conversations about culture and science can flourish. Adults do not need to book but must accompany their children.
