This one-hour workshop will cover key nutrition strategies to support women during menopause. Topics include:

The workshop will be held at The Summit Community Centre, located at 4 Crescent Dr, Norton Summit SA 5136. The centre offers accessible facilities including disabled toilets, ramps, and parking.
Parking is limited on-site, so carpooling is recommended. Additional parking is available along Crescent Drive and near Norton Summit Primary School. The centre is inclusive and welcoming to all community members.
The Summit Community Centre operates Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 15:00 and is closed on Fridays and public holidays. In case of Extreme or Catastrophic Fire Danger Ratings for the Mt Lofty Ranges, the centre will close and events will be cancelled or rescheduled.
Participants are advised to dress for cooler weather and bring a torch or phone light if attending evening events. Facilities include a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, and fridge for warming meals and drinks.
The centre is LGBTQI+ friendly, dementia friendly, and breastfeeding is welcome.
Tickets for the workshop can be booked online. The event is free to attend, making it an accessible opportunity for community members to learn and engage.
