This is a fantastic opportunity for artists of all mediums to present their work in a vibrant gallery setting without any application or exhibition fees. Whether you have a solo concept or want to collaborate with other artists or curators, this open call welcomes diverse proposals. Selected artists will receive a small artist fee and are encouraged to engage with the gallery community.
- Exhibitions will run for approximately three weeks between July and November 2026.
- Applications close midnight (AEST) on 15 March 2026.
- Proposals can be an exhibition concept or a showcase of individual practice.
- Solo exhibitions are accepted but collaboration is encouraged.
- Artists are asked to attend the gallery at least one day per week during their exhibition.
- Consider including the street-facing window space in your proposal.
The gallery is located at 864 Sydney Rd, Brunswick, easily accessible by public transport. Nearby options include the No. 19 tram, tram lines 1 and 6, Moreland Road buses, and Moreland train station. This central location makes it convenient for families and visitors to explore the exhibitions.
This project is supported by Arts Merri-bek through the 2024–2025 Flourish Arts Grant Program.
