This engaging two-hour workshop is designed specifically for parents and carers of children aged 2 to 12 years who experience anxiety. If your child worries, avoids situations, or struggles with anxious feelings, this session will provide practical insights and support.
You will learn to recognize the signs of childhood anxiety and discover effective strategies to help your child cope. The workshop also covers when and where to seek additional support, ensuring you feel empowered in your parenting journey.
The workshop runs for two hours and is free to attend. It focuses on practical tools and compassionate approaches to managing childhood anxiety.
You will be guided through understanding anxiety from a child’s perspective and how to nurture resilience and confidence in your child. The session also emphasizes the importance of self-care for parents while supporting anxious children.
