The show features an original score played live on stage by the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s emerging talent arm, ACO Collective, creating an immersive musical experience. It’s perfect for families with children aged 3 to 8, offering a delightful introduction to theatre and live music.

Pinocchio is written by award-winning playwright Finegan Kruckemeyer, with music composed by Bryony Marks and directed by Tim McGarry. The production runs approximately 45 minutes, making it an ideal outing for young children.
Performances are scheduled on Saturday, 25 July 2026, at Riverside Live at PHIVE, with additional education performances earlier in the week for school groups. A special Q&A session follows each performance, providing a wonderful opportunity for children to engage with the cast and creative team.
The show contains some smoke haze effects and is wheelchair accessible, with assistive hearing systems and Companion Card acceptance to ensure an inclusive experience.
