What to Expect

Join us for a delightful preschool storytime designed to nurture your child's early literacy skills. Each session features engaging stories, lively songs, fun language games, and a simple craft activity that sparks creativity and learning.

This year, we are excited to introduce special Science storytime sessions and Sensory Friendly sessions, making storytime even more inclusive and educational for all children.

An adult must accompany and supervise children at all times to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

Activity Details

These sessions are perfect for children aged 3 to 5 years and run every Friday from 10:00 to 10:45 AM. The program is free of charge and no booking is required, making it easy for busy parents to drop in.

The storytime encourages early language development and social interaction in a welcoming community environment. It’s a great way for your preschooler to build confidence and a love of reading.

Sessions will be held weekly from February through December 2025, providing plenty of opportunities to join in the fun.

Location and Access

The storytime takes place at Gordon Library, located at 799 Pacific Hwy, Gordon 2072. The library is easily accessible by public transport and has parking nearby.

The venue is family-friendly with accessible facilities to accommodate strollers and young children comfortably.

Important Information

Please ensure an adult is present to supervise children throughout the session. This helps maintain a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
