Dive into the exciting world of Python programming with our engaging weekly workshop designed especially for young learners aged 9 to 13. Led by enthusiastic UTS SOUL students, this club offers a fantastic opportunity for kids to develop coding skills in a fun and supportive environment.
Children will explore the basics of Python programming through hands-on activities that encourage creativity and problem-solving. Each session is interactive, allowing kids to build their own projects while making new friends who share their interests. The workshop fosters a friendly atmosphere where curiosity and learning go hand in hand.
The Python Club runs every Wednesday from 16:00 to 17:00 at Parramatta Library. Participants must book for all sessions and attend each one to fully benefit from the program. This structured approach ensures continuity and progressive learning throughout the series.
Sessions take place at Parramatta Library, located at 5 Parramatta Square, Parramatta 2150. The library is easily accessible by public transport and offers a welcoming space for children and their families. Parking and amenities are available nearby, making it convenient for parents to drop off and pick up their children.
This event is free of charge and specifically tailored for children aged 9 to 13. As the sessions are designed to build on each other, attendance at all workshops is required. Parents are encouraged to support their children’s learning journey and ensure timely arrival for each session.
Bookings are essential and must cover all sessions in the series. The program is offered at no cost, providing an excellent opportunity for families to introduce their children to coding without financial barriers. Early booking is recommended due to limited spots.
