This engaging workshop is designed for families and friends of those using drugs and/or alcohol, providing practical, down-to-earth information and support to help navigate the challenges they face.
You will learn about the stages of change for both those using substances and their families, gaining insight into how to cope through self-care and effective communication. The session includes practical strategies that can make a real difference in your journey.
The workshop is presented by Family Drug Support, a national, non-religious not-for-profit charity. Afternoon tea will be provided, and each session is structured to ensure you leave with valuable tools and knowledge. Everyone is welcome to attend one or more sessions.
